We offer a customer-friendly refund policy with the following conditions:

• You must have used less than 20% of your total purchased data (which means you've consumed less than 20% of your package)
• Your refund request must be submitted within 7 days of your original purchase date
• To request a refund, simply contact our support team with your purchase details
• Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days, depending on your payment method

Payments are processed securely through Payeer. We support a wide range of currencies to ensure that users from various regions can purchase our premium services without hassle. Soon, payments through Apple Pay, Google Play, and credit cards will also be available.

ManiVPN offers two modes of operation:

• Free Mode – Users can enjoy a limited service by watching ads to recharge their traffic, with usage restrictions in place.
• Premium Mode – For a fee, users gain ad-free access along with full usage of all features and global servers.

If you have registered with your email, you will receive a renewal reminder before your service expires. Simply follow the instructions in the email and contact our support team to coordinate your renewal. Upon account creation, you become a premium user and gain access to all exclusive features.

Some servers remain locked until you purchase a subscription, while others may reach full capacity. You can choose a server by country, select a specific server, or opt for an automatic best server selection from within the app settings. The number of simultaneous connections available for each server is also displayed.

ManiVPN supports Android 8 and above. Our app is available in three languages: Persian, Kurdish, and English. We request permissions for VPN functionality, notifications, and, soon, query-all-packages to filter installed apps for enhanced security and performance.
